I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:
HMSA
HMSA Quest
UHA
Kaiser Added Choice
Blue Cross/Blue Shield
HMAA
If you have coverage from one of these insurance companies, I do the billing. You will have a small co-pay (and sometimes an annual deductible which must be met first). An average co-pay is $15-$20 per session. There is no cost for HMSA Quest members.
HMSA or HMSA Quest members have no copays for video sessions using HMSA Online Care.
For all other insurance companies, you will pay for each session in full, and I will provide you with a bill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
If you don't have insurance or have a high-deductible insurance, I offer a sliding scale rate of $100-180 for a 60 minute session, pro-rated for shorter or longer sessions. You determine what is the appropriate fee for you to pay from the sliding scale, based on your income and expenses.
